Student Permits
Students at UC Riverside are eligible to purchase One of the following permits
based on availability. Faculty, Staff and Students are prohibited from
purchasing more than one permit (except for Canyon Crest Family Housing and
Stonehaven residents).
Valid in yellow striped spaces. Valid in all non-24 hour enforced spaces (Red and Blue lots except Lot 4, Lot 19 and Lot 20) after 4 PM and on weekends.
Note: This type of permit is not available
to the residents of Campus Apartments or Residence Halls.
Valid only in the lot designated on the face of permit or any Gold spaces. Valid in all non-24 hour enforced spaces (Red and Blue lots except Lot 4, Lot 19 and Lot 20) after 4 PM and on weekends.
Valid in Housing lot designed on face of permit. Valid in all non-24 hour enforced spaces (Red and Blue lots except Lot 4, Lot 19 and Lot 20) after 4 PM and on weekends.
Each housing office will issue available Housing Permits to their residents and bill permit fees to the student's business account. Summer Housing Permits may be purchased at Parking Service.
Note: This type of permit is only available
to the residents of Campus Apartments or Residence Halls.
Available to Canyon Crest housing residents only. The permits are not valid
on the main campus during enforcement hours. Permits are issued at Canyon
Crest Housing Office and billed to the student's business account.

Medical Parking Permits are available to individuals who have been issued disabled parking placards or license plates from the Department of Motor Vehicles.
An Individual who requires temporary access to disabled parking may present a letter of medical justification to the Parking and Transportation Department. The letter must explain the medical necessity for disabled parking access and the duration that said access is required
If you have forgotten your regular permit, a temporary replacement permit
is available free of charge. It can be obtained at the Parking office. Permits are limited to 7 days per fiscal year.
